Individual and Family Therapy
Only available to those residing in California.
We all have bumps in the road and times that we feel we have not been true reflection of our best self or the person we want to be. Having the space to work through the relationships in our lives and the events we encounter along the way is crucial for our well-being.
My goal is to reach youth, families and adults to help them find their own solutions by providing person centered and attachment based therapeutic approaches. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, parent-child relational issues, personality disorders and attachment.
I am a Registered Play Therapist, TF-CBT Certified and EMDR trained. I also utilize Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT to address individual needs while maintaining a harm reduction approach.
I work with youth aged 12+ as well as adults.

Parent Coaching
Parenting is hard. There’s no doubt about it. As a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, former teacher, and therapist to youth and families, I have seen an array of parenting styles and skill levels. Here’s the thing: no one can be the perfect parent. My hope in providing coaching is to improve your connection with your child and your confidence in yourself.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Learning who you are as a clinician is about finding your identity. Clinical supervision gives you the opportunity to reflect on who you want to be as a clinician, how you can grow all while helping your clients achieve their own goals.
Even when clinicians are licensed, the learning does not stop. Consulting with a peer can help you see a client’s needs from a different perspective and look at issues of transference and countertransference.
Free 15 minute consultation
$200 per hour for one on one meetings
$60 per hour per individual for groups of 4 or more

Clinical Training
Learning should never stop - an old dog can learn new tricks. Providing your staff or colleagues with additional clinical training can improve clinician confidence, help expand the services offered, and lead to a more comprehensive approach.
I am San Diego based although willing to travel for trainings.
Rates depend on length of training, number of attendees and training topic.
